With the launch of Pulseee v1.0 , we’re introducing a set of tools designed to make monitoring simple, efficient, and affordable. Here’s what you can expect from launch day one:
On-Prem Agent
Our on-prem agent acts as a broker to securely access internal resources within your environment. It requires only external access on port 443 (HTTPS) for communication. In its first iteration, the on-prem agent runs on Windows OS and supports the following features.
Features:
- Ping On-Prem Capability Monitor internal devices without public interfaces by performing ping within your network.
- Port On-Prem Capability Perform internal port checks on devices that don’t have public interfaces, helping you validate connectivity and functionality of internal resources.
- Windows Server Monitoring Access critical metrics like CPU, memory usage, disk space, and OS information. The agent can support up to 500 host and includes a buffering feature to retain data during temporary internet outages.
Note: we’re limiting it to one agent per tenant.
Standard Monitoring Services
At launch, we’re bringing the following cloud-based monitoring capabilities:
- PING Measure latency and ensure uptime by pinging your internet-facing services.
- TCP Perform TCP port checks from the cloud to validate connectivity.
Cron Job Monitoring
This is a game-changer for anyone managing multiple scripts across any OS or cloud platform with internet access. With Pulseee, you can:
- Monitor script execution status.
- Capture log information from successful or failed runs.
- Document failures directly on the platform for future reference.
We’ll be providing a detailed demonstration of how this feature simplifies script monitoring.
Keyword Monitoring
This feature detects changes in the HTML code of a web page and notifies you of any updates. It’s ideal for applications such as:
- Tracking stock availability.
- Monitoring any type of updates on specific web pages.
If you have a specific use case, we’d love to hear how this feature can help you!
Website Monitoring
At its core, this feature includes:
- Basic Monitoring SSL and domain expiration tracking.
- Advanced Monitoring Customizable HTTP Methods such as GET/POST requests, allowing you to:
- Flag specific HTTP response codes as pass or fail.
- Tailor HTTP request monitoring to your unique needs.
Status Page
Pulseee’s Status Page provides a simple and transparent way to share the health and performance of your services with your team, stakeholders, or customers.
This feature allows you to:
- Display close to real-time service status for internal and external audiences.
- Notify users of ongoing incidents or scheduled maintenance.
- Build trust with your users by keeping them informed proactively.
With customizable options, you can tailor the Status Page to reflect your brand and include only the most relevant information. It’s an essential tool for maintaining transparency and reducing support requests during downtime.
What’s Next?
We’re excited to launch Pulseee v1 on April 1st 2025 and can’t wait to see how it makes your monitoring tasks easier. This is just the beginning, and we’re already working on expanding the platform with more features and capabilities based on your input.
