Pulseee is a Melbourne automation consultancy. We design, build and operate the workflows that keep our clients' operations moving — and we stay on the line after they ship.
From monitoring to automation
Before we built automations, we spent years solving infrastructure problems.
Pulseee was originally created as an infrastructure monitoring platform. While the product itself never became our primary business, building it gave us deep experience in observability, reliability and the operational challenges organisations face every day.
That experience naturally led us into automation consulting. With more than 20 years of infrastructure expertise, we don't just automate processes—we understand the systems, networks, applications and platforms those automations rely on. Being platform agnostic means we recommend the right solution for the problem, not a particular vendor.
That's the pulse in Pulseee: automation built on real operational experience, with visibility and reliability designed in from the start.
We're intentionally small. You'll work directly with the engineers who design and build your solution. No account managers, no unnecessary handovers, and no ticket queues—just experienced people who take ownership from concept through to delivery.

Founder
I've spent close to twenty years working across infrastructure — networks, servers, cloud, identity and security. Along the way, I've been fortunate to work in government, the world's largest records-management company, and one of the world's major integrated trading and supply-chain groups. Those environments taught me a lot, particularly that good technology isn't about having the biggest budget or the newest tools. It's about being careful with what you spend, keeping things simple where you can, and building solutions that are reliable, secure and genuinely worth the investment.
Before automation, most of my work was making large environments simpler and safer — bringing a government regulator's core network and security services back in-house from a managed provider, then moving them onto a zero-trust model. Proxy, DNS, perimeter firewalls, the links between sites.
These days I build agentic automation on Workato, n8n and Flowise. Inside a large regulated organisation I have a support agent in production covering more than thirty distinct tasks, and another that takes case reporting from about an hour of manual work down to a couple of minutes. Smaller ones handle access provisioning and licence clean-up. They run every day, which is a different thing from working in a demo.
Most of the organisations I work with are mid-sized or larger — big enough that a broken process costs real money, and structured enough that someone will eventually ask how it was governed. That's the kind of work this is built for.
